My plan is to carry on posting articles here regularly as I continue on my journey of eating a cyclical ketogenic diet. So far it is doing wonders for my health, my body and my life.
I started out eating strict keto until I was keto-adapted, and then I started utilising ‘carb-cycling’. I learned about both from Leanne Vogel of Healthful Pursuit.
For me, the optimal amount of carb ups is around once a week. But that’s just me. There are different ways to do this and it’s best to find what works for you.
